General conditions governing access to and use of the GlobalTrade platform.
These terms regulate the use of the GlobalTrade digital platform, owned by FourX Global, dedicated to international trade intermediation, modern logistics, and connections between global markets. By accessing or registering for the service, the user fully accepts the conditions described herein.
If the user does not agree with any of these terms, they must refrain from using the platform. FourX Global reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, notifying changes at least fifteen days in advance via email or notice on the platform itself.
For the correct interpretation of these terms, the following definitions apply:
To access certain functionalities, the user must register by providing truthful, complete, and up-to-date information. They are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials and for all activities carried out from their account.
The user agrees not to use the platform for unlawful purposes or contrary to good commercial practice, including the dissemination of false information, identity theft, or carrying out unauthorized transactions. FourX Global reserves the right to suspend accounts that breach these obligations.
All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on the platform are the property of FourX Global or its licensors and are protected by intellectual and industrial property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of such content is prohibited.
The user grants FourX Global a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display the content they publish on the platform solely for the purpose of providing the service. This license will terminate upon deletion of the content or cancellation of the account.
FourX Global acts as an intermediary in connecting commercial parties but does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information provided by third parties. The platform shall not be liable for damages arising from business decisions based on such information.
Under no circumstances shall FourX Global be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. FourX Global's maximum liability in connection with the service is limited to the amount paid by the user in the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
FourX Global processes users' personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at policy.html. Data is collected for the provision of the service, commercial communication, and compliance with legal obligations.
The user may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability, and objection by contacting info@fourxglobal.com. FourX Global adopts appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access.
FourX Global reserves the right to modify, temporarily suspend, or permanently discontinue the service, in whole or in part, for technical, security, or commercial reasons. In the event of scheduled interruption, users will be notified at least seven days in advance.
Substantial modifications to these terms will be communicated fifteen days in advance. If the user does not accept the changes, they may cancel their account without penalty within that period.
These terms take effect when the user accesses the platform and remain in effect as long as the user maintains an active account. The user may terminate their account at any time using the cancellation option available in the profile settings.
FourX Global may terminate a user's account if they breach these terms, following a seven-day prior notice to remedy the breach, except in cases of serious violations that warrant immediate suspension. Upon termination, the user will lose access to the services and content associated with their account.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from their interpretation or application, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the city of Oviedo, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
If any provision of these terms is declared null or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. FourX Global's failure to exercise any right shall not constitute a waiver thereof.
